How do I return an item?

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

You will need a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to make a return. Any returns made without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. Email us at: help@tubetopcompany.com to request an RMA#. Any refunds issued will be processed by us within 3 to 5 business days.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  If paid using Paypal, you will be credited within 7 business days of the day we received your items back.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:  You have 10 days to return your merchandise.  This means, we must have received it back within this time frame. Please refer to your tracking number for the actual date you received your order. We will exclude major holiday days and Sundays. Velcro tube top buyers see policy in next two paragraphs. Tube tops must be in the same condition as sent to you and placed in a small box or thick padded envelope if it fits to protect item from damage.  After 10 days of your delivery date (excluding Sundays and holidays), there are no refunds or exchanges -- no exceptions.  If you do not remember your delivery date, log into your account online with us and view your tracking number information, email us at: help@tubetopcompany.com, or call our office Mon-Fri at 336-858-5322, 10am-3pm EST.  If you send an item back for return without an RMA# issued by us, it will be shipped back to you along with a copy of this policy and there will be no future refunds. A small 19% restock fee will be charged for all returns made within our 10-day policy. There is no fee charge to make an exchange. If the exchange is less than the price you paid for the original order, you will get a store credit only. Store credits are good for 3 months (90 days). Shipping is not refundable. You are responsible for shipping items back to us at your own expense. We will pay for shipping exchanged items back to you.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers error are subject to a 25% restock fee in addition to all freight charges if they decide to not have merchandise reshipped. If deciding to reship your items to a correct address, customers are responsible for covering 100% shipping. All shipping costs will be noted to customer before shipping order.

CLEARANCE, TUBE BRAS, WAIST NIPPER, VELCRO TUBE TOP POLICY:
Clearance items, tube bras, waist nipper, and Velcro tube tops are not refundable. Velcro tube tops are only exchangeable for sizes small, medium, large, 2X and 3X. They are not exchangeable for 1X/XL as we are sold out in this size.


Exchange Policy:
You have up to 10 days from the date you received item(s) to make an exchange. (This means we must receive your items back within this 10-day time frame). You are responsible for all shipping costs to us but we will ship your exchanged item back to you at no cost (only available for U.S customers). After 10 days, there are no exchanges under any circumstances. For international customers, there will be a return shipping fee charged. Items not exchangeable are: tube bras, clearance items and custom made items.


** DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY **
We do our best to ship your items in great condition and thoroughly check merchandise for any damage before we ship.  We would only hope you would return it back to us in the same condition. Unfortunately, if you send merchandise back damaged, there will be no returns/exchanges.  Here is a partial list of what we deem as damaged:  Worn items, spots, tears, missing tags or torn off tags, deodorant stains, make-up, perfume, hair, badly wrinkled, foul smells, cigarette smoke., etc.  Once an item comes back damaged, we cannot exchange it for anything else and you will be charged a 100% fee of the amount you paid for top(s).  Shipping is not refunded. The damages item(s) will be shipped back to you.  All items are carefully inspected before shipment to assure quality.  ** Please be careful when trying items on and taking them off. Please closely review your items before sending them back to us to check for damages you may have incurred. If you smoke cigarettes or have been around anyone who smoke cigarettes, please check the top(s) for cigarette odors. This seems to be a very big problem with some customers and once cigarette smoke gets on the clothes, there are no returns or exchanges. 


CHARGE-BACK POLICY:
We do try to keep every customer happy. If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, we do try to issue refunds, store credit or exchanges. However, we cannot satisfy everyone and have policies to adhere to. There are times when we do make exceptions given the circumstances of the customer. However, if you make a charge-back complaint  because you failed to read the return/exchange policy before making your purchase, we will provide your bank with a copy of our policies and your order information to reverse any charge-backs.


LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS BY USPS:
If your items become lost or damaged by the United States Postal Service, you will receive a refund of your items minus shipping costs only if you have purchased insurance through our website during your order. If you have not purchased insurance, we unfortunately cannot replace your items nor issue you a refund. Any refunds issued will take up to 30 days.

POLICY CHANGES:
The Tube Top Company reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to these policies. Please check this page periodically for changes.
