PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
We gladly accept these payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover debit/credit card payments, ApplePay and Paypal.

We only ship within the U.S.A, U.S. territories, Canada, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. No shipping on major and federal holidays.

U.S SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority mail which is delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date we ship. Residents in North Carolina will receive their packages within 1 to 2 business days from the date we ship for all USPS Priority mail. We also offer USPS First Class shipping for items less than two (2). U.S customers will receive their USPS First Class package within 5 to 7 days. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If placing your express order after 12pm EST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Once shipped, most customers will receive their order within 1 to 2 days depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Rates for shipping outside the U.S vary depending on weight and your location. You will see shipping rates before your order processes and will be charged only when you are ready to make the payment online. We ship all international orders by USPS First Class Mail and also USPS Priority mail. International orders may take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on location if shipping by USPS First Class Mail. If shipping by USPS Priority mail, it should arrive within 10 business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: We ship express through USPS. Orders received after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day. U.S customers will receive their express package within 1 to 2 days depending on your location. 

WHOLESALE SHIPPING:
Wholesale orders over 10 pounds are shipped through UPS and may take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please let us know by calling:  (800) 335-6905 Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm est.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Every customer who provides an email address when ordering will be emailed a tracking number once shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours after you placed your order, please check your account online with us to see if your tracking number is there. If you still do not see it, please write to us at: help@tubetopcompany.com.
