U.S SHIPPING:
If shipping first class, please allow up to 4 to 5 business days to receive your package. For USPS Priority mail, expect your package within 3 business days. All orders placed after 10am EST will be shipped the next business day.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If placing your express order after 12 pm EST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Once shipped, most customers will receive their order within 1 to 2 days depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not pay for customer custom costs in your country when receiving packages. All international customers will be responsible for custom costs associated with your order if any. If you decide to refuse the package, you will not be refunded for your order and the package will be declared as abandoned.and will not be shipped back to us..

Rates for shipping outside the U.S vary depending on weight and your location. You will see shipping rates before your order processes and will be charged only when you are ready to make the payment online. We ship all international orders by USPS First Class Mail and also USPS Priority mail. International orders may take 1 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on location if shipping by USPS First Class Mail. If shipping by USPS Priority mail, it should arrive within 10 business days. Note: You may be responsible for paying duty fees in your country. Tube Top Company is not held responsible for those fees and you will not be refunded through us for those fees.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING:
Wholesale orders over 10 pounds are shipped through UPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please let us know by calling:  (800) 335-6905 Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST so that we may arrange faster shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Every customer who provides an email address when ordering will be emailed a tracking number once shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours after you placed your order, please check your account online with us to see if your tracking number is there.
